Program Description

ZhangFei Hotpot operates a promotional SMS program for dine-in customers who voluntarily provide express written consent after completing their meal.

Messages are limited to:

• Comeback coupon offers
• Coupon expiration reminders

This number is not used for unrelated notifications, account alerts, authentication codes, or mixed-purpose messaging.

How Customers Opt In

After completing dine-in checkout, customers may scan a ZhangFei Hotpot QR code displayed inside the restaurant.

The QR code opens our SMS registration form on the customer’s own mobile device:

To opt in, the customer must:

1. Enter their own mobile phone number.
2. Review the complete promotional SMS disclosure.
3. Check an unchecked consent checkbox.
4. Select “I Agree and Continue” to submit their consent.

Restaurant staff cannot provide consent on behalf of a customer. Staff may only verify that the customer has completed the written consent process before issuing a coupon.

Consent Disclosure

By checking the consent checkbox and submitting the SMS registration form, you expressly agree to receive recurring promotional SMS from ZhangFei Hotpot, including comeback coupon offers and coupon expiration reminders.
